Living in Miami has opened me up to a vibrant multi-cultural world, although I must say, I remain a Midwesterner at heart.

We just celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary. Presently, we have 6 grandchildren (hope more to come!). I continue to work at the U of Miami.

School Story

Piecemeal recollection of people, events, and circumstances come to mind: "The Millionaires Club," Coach Swenson; reading the works of Fyoder Dostoyevsky, John Bunyan, and Theodore Dreiser in Mr. Tarpley's class; Gant shirts; saddle shoes (yep!); a capella choir; innocence; German class without a text; treasured teammates and caring classmates.

Just remembering those days a few years back when you were the '68 class's best three-sport athlete. Keep it going. Or should I say, just keep moving! A belated happy birthday.
