ALGONQUIN - Michael S. Zank, 41, died Wednesday, April 17, 1991, at his home.

He was born July 25, 1949, in Woodstock, the son of Cyran M. And Joyce (Limbaugh) Zank.

He had been employed as a carpenter. He was a member of the Carpenters Local 2087 of Crystal Lake, the Algonquin-Lake in the Hills Fire Department and the Ridgefield-Crystal Lake Presbyterian Church in Ridgefield.

He is survived by his wife, Jerry Lynn (Woodson) Zank, whom he married Feb. 14, 1976; his parents of Woodstock; a son, Scott Zank, and three daughters, Jessica, Charity and Kate Zank, all at home; two sisters, Jodie (Mark) LeFevre and Jill (Thomas) Freund, both of Crystal Lake; and a granddaughter, Heather Zank.

Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Friday, April 19, at the Wait-Ross-Allanson Algonquin Chapel. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 20, at the Ridgefield-Crystal Lake Presbyterian Church, with the Rev. Douglas Loving presiding.

Interment will be at Memorial Garden for McHenry County in Woodstock.
