What a great guy!  I hoped I would be able to see Tom at the reunion.  I would kid him about the scar and fracture he left on my right ring finger when he cleated me in football practice.  He was so apologetic.  I remember Tom as reserved and kind to everyone.  He had a dry sense of humor that cracked me up.

We had occasional poker games at Jarrel's house with Schweikle, Eike, and Wilbrandt.  Now Rudy, Wally, and Tom have passed.  Kicking myself that I waited so long to try to reach these guys.  Life lesson learned.

Well Tom, the arthritis in my finger is hurting as I type this.  Miss you buddy.
